Frequently asked questions.
Do you take insurance?
I do not currently take insurance. I understand that paying out of pocket is a meaningful investment. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If you have questions about rates or payment options, I welcome an open conversation to find a plan that feels manageable for you.
Are all sessions currently virtual?
Sessions are available online and in person.
I’m offering therapy sessions online to make support more accessible, flexible, and convenient for the individuals and families I serve. Virtual therapy allows clients to attend sessions from the comfort of their own space, which can reduce stress, save travel time, and make it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules. Online therapy also creates opportunities to connect across distances—whether you're balancing work and family life, living in a rural area, or simply prefer the privacy of meeting from home. I’ve found that meaningful, effective therapeutic work can absolutely happen in a virtual setting, and many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort it provides.
Cancellation Policy
Please let me know 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend your session. That being said I understand life happens, and you may need to let me know on short notice. If I am not notified of cancellation before the session, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Payments
Secure card payments can be made online through Therapy Notes. Cash payments can also be made.
